Having recently just signed my first book deal, I was desperate to begin recipe development and test-baking.
In order to ensure my test bakes would be as accurate as possible, the performance of my oven was essential and even though I had a reasonable oven already, I knew that it wouldn’t allow me to get the very best out of my bakes, so I decided to invest and update.

My oven of choice was custom built upon request and shipped to the UK from Italy. Even though I had to wait a couple of months (not even if I’m a honest) it was more than worth the wait. The only way I can use to describe my Bertazonni is the Ferarri of the oven world! I have baked with a few professional ovens since my time on the Great British Bake Off 2015, but for me none have matched the quality of the Bertazonni. Needless to say, I am over the moon with my new kitchen partner, it is an absolute pleasure to work with and bakes perfect every time. I cannot recommend www.rangecookers.co.uk highly enough – their customer service has been second to none and without them, I would not have found my dream oven. As for the Bertazzoni Professional Series F60PRO XA Multi-f , it is a magnificent oven that I would recommend to any serious cook/baker for home use.
